Requirements:

  • Fluent in English/Mandarin.
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably majoring in Psychology/Human Resource Management/Law.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HRD.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Understanding of the entire HRD cycle (recruitment, administration, payroll, industrial relations).
  • Thorough, disciplined, and responsible.
  • Understanding of Employment Law.
  • Can join immediately.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting the recruitment process (Job vacancy posting, CV screening, interviews - end to end process)
  • Managing employee data (attendance, employment contracts, HRD administration)
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Managing BPJS (Social Security Agency) administration, payroll, and employee benefits.
  • Handling employee relations.
  • Assisting with employee training and development.
  • Monitoring all General Affairs matters, including asset management, permits, office supplies, cleaning services, and security.
  • Ensuring the implementation of Company policies, ensuring compliance with Company Regulations and the Labor Law.
