Responsibilities

• Increase project opportunities through product specification activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.
• Manage the Architect & Designer (A&D) database and follow up project opportunities until sales realization.
• Provide product information and technical solutions to architects, designers, and contractors.
• Conduct product presentations and support project specification activities.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Project teams to convert specifications into sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in specification, project sales, building materials, sanitary, interior, or related industries.
• Strong network with architects, designers, consultants, developers, or contractors is preferred.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Sales-oriented, proactive, and target-driven.
• Good product knowledge and technical understanding.
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet project stakeholders.
