Location: Jakarta
Role
To influence developers, architects & designers to choose and specify the company's products in building designs, improving the chances LIXIL products will be purchased during construction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promote Products
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, interior designers, and engineers.
- Introduce and recommend the company's products so they state LIXIL brands into project specifications.
- Provide Technical Support
- Explain product technical details, performance, and compliance with standards.
- Assist and coordinate any enquiries regarding product details to boost brand usability.
- Product Presentations
- Deliver presentations, workshops, or technical seminars to developers, consultants and architect firms.
- Educate & influence clients on how and why to use the products in their designs.
- Project Monitoring
- Track projects from design stage → tender stage → construction stage.
- Ensure the product remains specified in the project documents.
- Coordinate with Internal Teams
- Work closely with sales, marketing and technical teams.
- Share project information so the sales team can follow up during procurement.
- Market & Competitor Analysis
- Monitor competitors products and specifications.
- Identify opportunities for new projects or partnerships with design firms as well as developers.
- Reporting
- Maintain records of:
- Abreast of regulation concern with HSE and COC
Job Specification
Education, Training, Qualifications
Graduate Degree in Architecture/ Civil Engineering/ Interior Design/ Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering preferred.
Experience & Technical Skills
- Have at least 3 years of specifier exposures, preferably having exposures in the building materials/ technical roles/ construction industry and having good knowledge of business management.
- Mature leadership and personality combined with good business sense and people-management skills
- Able to work independently and as a team have a proven track record in developing and executing a successful business development strategy
- Having wide range of networking in project market (Developer, Architect, Contractor, Interior Designer)
