Role Description

As a Specification Engineer Intern, you will support the improvement and standardization of technical documentation across our software platforms.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning up, restructuring, and improving technical documentation

• Using AI tools such as ChatGPT to support specification drafting and documentation preparation

• Creating structured specifications, test scenarios, checklists, test plans, and test cases

• Learning how to write effective AI prompts for Specification, QA, and technical documentation topics

• Executing testing based on prepared specifications and documentation

• Identifying and reporting bugs clearly and promptly

• Preparing testing reports and documenting test results

• Providing feedback on functionality, non-functionality, and user experience

• Collaborating with Specification Engineers and Developers to continuously improve documentation and specification processes

Qualifications

• Final-year student in Computer Science or a related field

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms

• Able to demonstrate how you use AI for different technical topics and structured documentation

• Familiar with checklists, test plans, and test cases

• Basic understanding of bug reporting and the bug life cycle

• Strong logical thinking and attention to detail

• Curious, proactive, and willing to learn

• Basic programming or scripting knowledge is an advantage

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
