What You Will Experience:
- Negotiate contracts, terms of agreement, and pricing, including comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers.
- Acquire equipment & machinery raw materials through tender and negotiation to attain competitive pricing.
- Conduct the tender process with equity and attentiveness to attain competitive cost of commodities.
- Maintain and finalize tender/bidding process through system (e.g. SAP).
- Accommodate user's special requirements, including urgent and emergency requests.
- Work in-line with applicable procedures, protocols, and regulations when performing contract management.
- Managing spot purchases, administration data, and also contract transactions.
- Handling contact transactions start with data analysis for RFQ.
What is Required:
- Bachelor or Master Degree from reputable university majoring in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience as Purchasing Specialist/Supervisor, Purchasing Analyst, or Sourcing Analyst
- Hands-on experience in procurement for MRO categories
- Hands-on experience with purchasing software: SAP, Microsoft, ARIBA
- Solid analytical and negotiation skills
- Able to communicate in English/Mandarin
- Willing to travel for business trip purposes
