Job Description

• :Lead and execute negotiation processes, including direct negotiations with key and strategic vendor
• s.Drive and manage end-to-end negotiation activities to achieve optimal value and outcomes for the compan
• y.Ensure all procurement activities align with internal policies, governance standards, and regulatory complianc
• e.Provide effective solutions and alternatives for procurement-related issues to both internal and external stakeholder
• s.Review, draft, and ensure accuracy and completeness of supplier contracts and agreement

Job Requirement

• s :Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Supply Chain, or a related fie
• ld.Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasi
• ng.High level of integrity and strong problem-solving abiliti
• es.Strong communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and Engli
• sh.Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and cost analys
• is.Proven experience in managing supplier contract negotiations, both with local and international vendo
• rs.Detail-oriented, consistent, and equipped with strong interpersonal skil
• ls.Proficient in Microsoft O365, and advanced in Microsoft Excel for data analys
