What You Will Experience:

• Support the improvement and optimization of mechanized solutions previously tested or in pilot scale.
• Review the demand for equipment units per application and prepare changemanagement reports for scaleout, including analysis of potential cost and manpower impacts.
• Monitor and report program progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Develop training materials and deliver datadriven training to operational teams.
• Coordinate closely with crossfunctional teams, including R&D, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors.
• Ensure strong governance and alignment between Operations (regional and district levels) and the Project Team.
• Support project implementation across multiple regions and districts.

What is Required:

• Bachelor's degree in administration, Forest Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Silviculture Manager, Coordinator, or similar role.
• Strong experience in silviculture operations planning, quality control, fleet/machinery mobilization, and performance management (internal crews or contractors).
• Solid technical knowledge of tractorbased silviculture mechanization, including rippers, fertilizer spreaders, and chemical sprayers - tractor and drones.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English.
