What You Will Experience:
- Support the improvement and optimization of mechanized solutions previously tested or in pilot scale.
- Review the demand for equipment units per application and prepare change‑management reports for scale‑out, including analysis of potential cost and manpower impacts.
- Monitor and report program progress and performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
- Develop training materials and deliver data‑driven training to operational teams.
- Coordinate closely with cross‑functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Procurement, and external vendors.
- Ensure strong governance and alignment between Operations (regional and district levels) and the Project Team.
- Support project implementation across multiple regions and districts.
What is Required:
- Bachelor's degree in administration, Forest Engineering, Agronomy, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Silviculture Manager, Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong experience in silviculture operations planning, quality control, fleet/machinery mobilization, and performance management (internal crews or contractors).
- Solid technical knowledge of tractor‑based silviculture mechanization, including rippers, fertilizer spreaders, and chemical sprayers - tractor and drones.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English.
