Specialist Business Finance

Job Description:

• Prepare and analyze management reports, MIS, and dashboards covering business performance, Balance Sheet, profitability, and key financial metrics.
• Deliver timely weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc performance reports while identifying business trends and insights.
• Support budgeting, Balanced Scorecard, and financial planning processes.
• Develop and enhance automated reporting tools to improve reporting accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen financial reporting, governance, and continuous process improvement.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance, FP&A, MIS, or Management Reporting (banking experience is preferred).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience in budgeting, performance reporting, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
