Job Description

Some of your duties will include:

  • To implement and maintain effective purchasing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and efficiency within the company and its suppliers, while also analyzing market trends to support procurement and budget forecasting activities. Additionally, the role involves resolving supply-related claims and continuously improving departmental practices in alignment with company standards.
  • Implement and maintain purchasing policy, procedures, and systems, and monitor the adherence of these procedures within company and its suppliers.
  • Evaluate departmental procedures and practices and ensure compliance with company standard operating procedures.
  • Evaluate broad market knowledge of commodities, costs, and market drivers and be able to produce analytic positions to assist in carrying out our procurement and budget forecasting activities.
  • Ensure prompt and proper resolution of any claims arising from supply or procurement activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology, Law, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Preferred: Experience as an Ellipse or SAP user; Experience with SAP Ariba modules, including Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP), Sourcing, and Commerce Automation; Experience in preparing RKAB (Rencana Kerja dan Anggaran Biaya) data; Experience in supporting and managing Custom Audit processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement, maintain, and improve purchasing policies, procedures, and procurement systems in accordance with company requirements
  • Strong understanding of procurement compliance, governance, and internal control requirements.
  • Ability to monitor supplier and internal stakeholder compliance with purchasing procedures and identify opportunities for corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Capable of evaluating procurement practices and departmental processes against established company standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ability to analyze commodity markets, cost structures, market trends, and key market drivers to support sourcing strategies and procurement decisions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide insights and recommendations for procurement planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
  • Experienced in managing procurement and supply-related claims, including investigation, stakeholder coordination, documentation, resolution, and follow-up.
  • Ability to maintain accurate procurement, contract, and claim documentation to support audit requirements and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve timely and cost-effective procurement outcomes.
  • Capable of carrying out procurement support activities while ensuring full compliance with company policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities; Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills; High attention to detail, accuracy, and compliance; Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a dynamic business environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written; Computer literate.

Working Location: Site Based – West Sumbawa

Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)
