Job Description

Special Project Manager is responsible to speed up and focus on certain project in order to improve the overall merchant performance. A dedicated person is required to focus on projects which include redemption increase, sales improvement, client acquisition distribution of exposures, and other related activities to merchant

Requirements :

  • Experience within 3-5 years in project management, business development, commercial strategy, key account management, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert business opportunities into actionable initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience coordinating across multiple teams and external partners.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver measurable business outcomes, such as: number of merchants expansion, redemption growth, and brand visibility improvement
  • Experience in startup or high-growth companies, preferably within loyalty programs, gift cards, vouchers, rewards, or partnership-driven businesses.

Job Descriptions :

Develop and Lead Special Project Strategies

Identify growth opportunities and formulate strategic initiatives to accelerate business objectives, particularly in merchant acquisition, transaction growth, and brand exposure.

Translate Strategies into Action Plans

Break down business objectives into clear execution plans, milestones, timelines, and measurable KPIs to ensure successful project delivery.

Drive Cross-Functional Alignment

Collaborate with internal teams such as Brands, Marketing, Sales, Product, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

Monitor Performance and Generate Insights

Track project progress, analyze business performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend improvement initiatives based on data and market feedback.

Manage Stakeholder Relationships

Coordinate with merchants, partners, and internal stakeholders to gain buy-in, resolve issues, and ensure project objectives are achieved.
