We're looking for a KOL Specialist to play a key role in executing impactful campaigns and supporting the launch of our innovative skincare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

1. Identifying KOLs: Find and categorize influential individuals in various industries or communities.

2. Building Relationships: Reach out to KOLs, foster connections, and understand their interests.

3. Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, compensation terms, and deliverables with KOLs to ensure mutual benefit.

4. Partnership Development: Collaborate with KOLs to create content and campaigns that align with our brand.

5. Tracking Performance: Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in Brand Marketing, KOL Management, Influencer Marketing, or related roles.
2. Strong knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and affiliate marketing.
3. Have a huge database of KOL
4. Enthusiastic about the beauty industry; experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
5. Must be fluent in English.
6. Willing to work full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
