Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and dependable professional to support the Owner in managing people and daily operations within the Owner's team.

This role will act as the main point of contact for all HR and operational matters in the Owner Office, ensuring manpower readiness, team stability, and smooth day-to-day coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end HR functions for the Owner's team.
  • Manage recruitment and manpower planning within the Owner Office.
  • Monitor team performance, attendance, and overall stability.
  • Coordinate employee administration, documentation, and compliance.
  • Support the Owner in ensuring daily team operations run effectively.
  • Address employee-related matters (discipline, engagement, conflict resolution).
  • Act as liaison between the Owner's team and the central HRBP.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the Owner regarding team status and needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations roles.
  • Experience supporting senior management or working closely with executives is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • High integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
