About The Role

The primary responsibility of the Special Project Engagement Manager is to manage stakeholders (internal and external), oversee SOP implementation, ensure the project is executed in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

    • Stakeholder engagement
    • Managing communications with stakeholders
    • Ensures SOP implementation for stakeholders including reward and sanctions
    • Review project timeliness and process
    • Ensuring project target is achieved
    • Implementation of QA & QC assessment
    • Gathering effective feedback on the projects

What You Will Need

    • A minimum of 5 years work experience in Operations or Sales, 8 years in total work experience
    • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
    • Have solid experience in cross functional project,
    • Great communication skills both in English and in Bahasa Indonesia, networking
    • Strong business acumen
    • Have proven experience in complex projects and delivering results
    • Fast learner, can work in an ambiguous setting
