Job Description

Responsible for supporting Special Asset Performance Analyst & Strategy in driving overall Special Asset performance through strategic planning, development, and management of supporting systems and applications. The role involves close coordination with Loan Work Out and related units to ensure effective implementation of Special Asset management strategies, process improvements, and performance monitoring initiatives.

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate with Special Asset Performance Analyst & Strategy to understand direction, priorities, and strategic initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of Special Asset strategies to improve asset quality and recovery performance.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for process optimization and performance enhancement within Special Asset management.

System Development & Management

  • Support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of systems and applications used in Special Asset management.
  • Ensure systems and tools effectively support monitoring, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • Coordinate with IT and related stakeholders to implement system improvements and enhancements.

Testing & Implementation

  • Take ownership in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes, ensuring system enhancements meet business requirements.
  • Prepare test scenarios, execute testing, and document results to ensure system readiness before deployment.
  • Support smooth system implementation and resolve any issues post-deployment.

Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate closely with Loan Work Out, Risk, IT, and other related units to ensure alignment of initiatives.
  • Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and analysis related to Special Asset performance.
  • Provide updates on initiatives progress, system enhancements, and key deliverables.

Process Improvement

  • Identify gaps in current processes and propose improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support automation and digitalization initiatives within Special Asset functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in strategy, performance management, system/project management, or related roles (preferably in banking/financial services)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into system or process improvements
  • Experience in system development lifecycle and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is preferred
  • Good understanding of credit, risk, or Special Asset/loan work out processes is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of data tools or reporting systems is a plus
  • Strong coordination and communication skills with ability to work across multiple stakeholders
