Job Description
We're hiring a Spares / RMA Manager for a large-scale GPU/HPC data centre in Jakarta, Indonesia
When a GPU fails at 2 a.m., the right part needs to already be on the shelf. That's your world. You'll own the spares inventory and the full hardware return process, making sure engineers have what they need, when they need it.
What you'll do:
Manage on-site spares: stock levels, reorder points and storage
Run end-to-end RMAs with top OEMs: NVIDIA, Dell, HPE and Supermicro
Track failure trends and turnaround times, and report insights to ops leads
Keep the asset register and CMDB accurate
Coordinate shipments, logistics and customs paperwork
What you bring:
- 3–5 years in IT asset, spares or RMA management (data centre or field services)
- Hands-on experience with OEM RMA processes and portals
- Strong CMDB / asset tool skills (e.g. ServiceNow)
- Solid knowledge of server, GPU and network hardware
- A sharp eye for detail and good English
Bonus points for: Bahasa Indonesia, NVIDIA DGX/HGX experience, knowledge of Indonesian import/export and customs, or ITIL / ITAM certification
Jakarta (on-site, data centre)
12-month contract, renewable
Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00
