Job Description
- Manage spare parts inventory and conduct stock checks.
- Prepare inventory reports and record spare parts movements.
- Receive, inspect, store, and distribute spare parts.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization.
- Ensure warehouse operations comply with HSE and 5S standards.
Qualification
- Minimum Vocational (D3/D4) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Mechanical Engineering / Management / Business Administration
- Have experience in sparepart administration (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Willing to work in dynamic factory environment
Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Mengelola stok spare part dan melakukan stock opname.
- Membuat laporan persediaan dan mencatat pergerakan spare part.
- Menerima, memeriksa, menyimpan, dan mendistribusikan spare part.
- Menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan gudang spare part.
- Memastikan operasional gudang sesuai standar K3 dan 5S.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal lulusan Diploma (D3/D4) atau Sarjana (S1) jurusan Teknik Mesin, Manajemen, atau Administrasi Bisnis.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam administrasi spare part (lulusan baru dipersilakan melamar).
- Bersedia bekerja di lingkungan pabrik yang dinamis.
