Job Description

  • Welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner, creating a positive first impression and seamless spa experience.
  • Handle spa reservations, confirmations, cancellations, and guest inquiries accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide clear explanations of spa treatments, packages, promotions, and pricing to guests.
  • Coordinate therapist schedules, treatment rooms, and inter-departmental communication to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage payments, billing, guest feedback, and SOP compliance while maintaining a clean and organized spa reception area

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in spa, hospitality, or customer service (DW experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication skills with fluent English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Service-oriented mindset with good understanding of spa services/products or willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and collaborate well within a team.
  • Well-groomed and professional, with basic computer and cashiering skills preferred.
