Lead the daily operations of a new boutique spa in Canggu, ensuring luxury service standards, strong team performance, and healthy commercial results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily spa operations & service standards
- Lead, train & develop spa therapists and reception team
- Manage Revenue, Costs & P&L
- Drive upselling, retail sales & therapist productivity
- Control inventory, cash reconciliation & operational costs
- Handle guest feedback & maintain excellent reviews
- Build strong relationships with the local community
- Support new spa set-up & launch
REQUIREMENTS
- 3–5 years experience as Spa Manager / Assistant Spa Manager
- Experience in high-end spa or 4/5-star hospitality
- Strong financial & commercial understanding
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong sales & upselling ability
- Familiar with POS, booking systems & inventory control
- Fluent in English & Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Canggu/Seminyak market
- Experience launching a new spa is highly preferred
