SPA & Wellness Manager to lead our Salon & Spa, 24-hour Gym Centre, Sauna, and Pilates facilities, where wellbeing meets Mamaka energy.
What You'll Be Rockin
- Manage daily operations of Salon, Spa, and Wellness facilities
- Lead and inspire therapists, trainers, and wellness teams
- Curate guest focused wellness experiences and offerings
- Ensure service quality, hygiene, and safety standards are consistently met
- Drive revenue through treatments, memberships, and wellness services
- Collaborate with fitness partners and wellness brands for activations and partnerships
- Work closely with Hotel Operations & Marketing teams
About You
- Proven experience in Spa / Wellness / Fitness management
- Strong leadership with a guest first mindset
- Passionate about health, wellness, and lifestyle trends
- Organized, hands-on, and great with people
- Comfortable managing multiple wellness facilities
