Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Sous Chef based in Kecamatan Mengwi, Bali. The Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in the daily operations of the kitchen, overseeing food preparation, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that dishes are executed efficiently and consistently. Responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, monitoring stock and inventory levels, ensuring food safety standards, and contributing creatively to menu planning and new dish development.
