Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Sous Chef Bakery for a full-time, on-site role at The Sakala Resort Bali in Bali, Indonesia. The Sous Chef Bakery will support the Head Chef in preparing and executing all bakery related operations to meet the resort's top-tier culinary standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily bakery production, managing ingredient inventories, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations, training and mentoring junior staff, and innovating recipes with creative flair while maintaining consistency in product quality.
