Sourcing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities from sourcing until Purchase Order (PO) creation (PO conversion will be handled through procurement tools).
• Execute sourcing projects for Capex, MRO, and Opex (Professional Services) categories.
• Conduct RFx activities (RFI, RFP, RFQ), supplier evaluations, and vendor selection.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Perform spend analysis and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into sourcing strategies.
• Ensure procurement compliance, documentation, and KPI achievement.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve procurement-related issues.

Requirements

• For Sourcing Specialist

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement.

• For Buyer

Minimum 8 years of experience in Sourcing / Procurement.

• Both Roles Require

Proven experience in Capex, MRO, and Opex (Professional Services) procurement.

Strong end-to-end procurement experience.

Hands-on experience managing procurement activities through PO creation.

Experience with RFx / tender / bidding processes.

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.

Experience conducting spend analysis and driving cost-saving initiatives.

Good understanding of:

Capex procurement

Machinery procurement

Spare parts purchasing

Good spoken and written English.

Able to communicate and articulate business needs effectively in English.

Experience with ERP or e-Sourcing platforms is an advantage.

Familiarity with the Indonesia business environment is preferred.
