We're Hiring: Sourcing Manager – Residential Real Estate

Site Locations: Thane / Mulund / Malad

Comfortable working at any one of the listed locations.

Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience Required: 1–5 years

Vanguard Ventures is looking for experienced Residential Real Estate Sourcing Managers with a strong Channel Partner network across Central and Western Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage relationships with Channel Partners and residential brokers

• Generate qualified homebuyer leads and drive site visits

• Conduct CP meetings, project presentations and property briefings

• Promote residential mandate projects across assigned territories

• Coordinate with the closing team to support conversions

• Achieve monthly lead, walk-in and sourcing targets

Eligibility:

• Mandatory experience in residential real estate sourcing

• Experience with Category-A developers or established mandate firms is preferred

• Strong Channel Partner network in Central or Western Mumbai

• Fluency in Hindi and Marathi, with working knowledge of English

• Strong communication, networking and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel

• Thane/Mulund/Malad-based candidates will be preferred

Strictly no freshers, candidates from Banking or EdTech, independent agents, brokers or applicants from non-real-estate backgrounds.
