What You Do

  • Manage end-to-end sourcing and procurement processes for IT and Non-IT goods and services.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors through sourcing, due diligence, and vendor selection activities.
  • Lead vendor negotiations to achieve the best balance of quality, cost, delivery, and service.
  • Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships to ensure service excellence.
  • Provide procurement recommendations and sourcing solutions to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage procurement documentation, vendor records, and contract administration.
  • Coordinate vendor contract renewals and ensure timely reviews before contract expiry.
  • Collaborate with Finance to support cost optimization, budgeting alignment, and procurement governance.
  • Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.

Who You Are

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline. A background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be an advantage.
  • You have at least 2–3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Vendor Management.
  • You have strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • You are experienced in managing vendor relationships, procurement documentation, and contract administration.
  • You are familiar with vendor due diligence, procurement governance, and sourcing best practices.
  • You are detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • You demonstrate strong integrity, adaptability, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset.
