Requirements
- Experience in product development and sourcing, especially in sporting goods
- Strong analytical skills and multi-task
- Ability to work independently and lead projects
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Receptivity to learning new processes and tools
- Open minded and able to connect quickly in complex and intercultural environment
- Excellent negotiation and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in English
Responsibiliteis
- Product Development Execution : Oversee the entire product development process, product costing, ensuring adherence to seasonal calendars and timely sample delivery
- Vendor Sourcing Management : Suppliers sourcing management based on guidelines, collaborate on tasks, and drive performance expectations
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work with various teams to ensure an alignment with business goals
- Based : This position will be based in Semarang, Central Java, Indonesia
