Sourcing Lead

Responsible for all sourcing dry on issues. Plans, manages, determines, and selects the assortments, price, margin, product and price promotions, other income, buying, order and stock management by his / her guidance and references. Handles and monitors sourcing issues; availability, quality, margin, cost and selling prices, receiving and delivery issues and any economical issues. Develops any possibilities to find good, reliable sources or builds any possibilities to open new findings with direct imports or other joint ventures. At certain consideration she/he might suggest to/ get approval from his/her supervisor for strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree from any major, negotiation & leadership training
• Has 5 years experiences in similar responsibility
• Must possess high reasoning both numerical & verbal, advanced negotiation, leadership skill and having knowledge on several categories
• Placement: Pancoran, Jakarta Selatan
