Are you passionate about procurement and ready to grow your career in a fast-paced FMCG environment We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst to support end-to-end Sourcing-to-Contract (S2C) activities for MRO and CAPEX categories that keep our manufacturing operations running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sourcing activities (RFQ/RFP, bid evaluation, supplier coordination).
- Support procurement of MRO spare parts, services, and plant consumables.
- Assist CAPEX sourcing for equipment, upgrades, and projects.
- Perform price analysis, cost comparison, and savings tracking.
- Maintain supplier database, contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations teams to ensure timely material availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement/purchasing (manufacturing or FMCG preferred).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Good communication and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
