Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pekalongan for a Social Media Specialist. The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies to enhance the company's online presence. Key daily tasks include creating and curating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing performance metrics, and engaging with followers to foster community growth and brand loyalty. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience and skills in Social Media Management, including strategizing, creating, and publishing content for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
  • Proficiency in Content Creation and Strategy, with a focus on creating engaging graphics, posts, and interactive experiences for social media audiences.
  • Knowledge of Analytics and Performance Tracking on social media platforms, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, or similar metrics tools to measure and optimize campaign success.
  • Creative Thinking and Communication Skills to effectively engage with audiences, convey brand messaging, and respond to interactions on multiple platforms.
  • Familiarity with Digital Marketing principles and their application through social media channels to drive user engagement and audience growth.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams in marketing campaigns.
  • Basic graphic design or photo-editing skills using software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
