Solutions Engineer

Job Description

The Engineer is expected to work together with other company functions in meeting customers needs.

Responsibilities and Duties

Deploy solutions and support sales to help win deals

Drive the customer discovery process, helping to unearth customers business objectives and current pains, and design and develop solutions to address those pain points.

Deliver value-based demonstrations highlighting our platform's ecosystem

Conduct Proof Of Concepts/Pilots where necessary to help customers validate technical requirements

Contribute to the success of a rapidly changing and growing organization

Act as a liaison between Product and Sales, funneling customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap

About 50% of regional travel might be required

Qualifications

Min Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Software Engineering with 1 - 2 years of working experience

Familiarity with MongoDB, AWS S3, cloud watch, SFTP, TCP/IP, SMTP, Azure, Google Cloud, Alibaba OSS

Language: Python, Django, Javascript, HTML, CSS, latex, RESTful APIs,

Date structure: JSON, HL7, FHIR

Experience with health IT systems (electronic medical records, laboratory information systems, etc) would be advantageous

Personality requirements: Driven, client-oriented, independent, and able to function in a dynamic startup environment.
