Role Overview
As a Solution Architect specializing in Mobile and Internet Banking at CIMB Niaga, you will design and implement innovative technology solutions that align with our business goals and requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to translate business needs into technical designs and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution Design & Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and technical needs. Design end-to-end technology solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Technology Integration: Evaluate and recommend technologies and tools to integrate with existing systems and infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration of new solutions with the current technology landscape.
- Architecture Standards: Establish and enforce architecture standards and best practices across projects. Monitor adherence to architecture guidelines.
- Technical Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including solution architecture diagrams and specifications. Communicate technical designs to developers and project teams.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Identify potential technical risks and challenges, developing mitigation plans. Proactively address technical issues during project execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical guidance. Collaborate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of technical designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in solution architecture and technology design.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
- Experience with cloud technologies and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
