Solution Architect

This is an on-site role for a Solution Architect, based in Malang. The Solution Architect will be responsible for designing scalable and secure software architectures, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring alignment between business goals and technology strategies. This role involves collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver reliable and high-performing enterprise applications. The Solution Architect will also oversee system integration planning, technology evaluation, performance optimization, and implementation best practices to support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable system architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and development teams to define technical solutions and project scope.
• Lead technical discussions and provide architectural guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and infrastructure solutions.
• Ensure system integration, API communication, and database architecture are implemented efficiently.
• Review application performance, scalability, and security to ensure optimal system reliability.
• Support development teams by resolving complex technical challenges and ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and solution diagrams.
• Participate in project planning, risk assessment, and technical estimation processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve system architecture standards, development processes, and overall technical strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect, Software Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Software Architecture principles, design patterns, and scalable application development.
• Experience with Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms, and system integration.
• Strong understanding of databases and proficiency in Microsoft SQL/PostgreSQL queries.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities for collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in enterprise application development, ERP, distribution systems, or business process solutions is an advantage.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple technical initiatives simultaneously.
• Willing to be based on-site in Malang.
