About the job About Dostack Dostack helps enterprises own their AI. We build AI-powered workbenches tailored to how enterprise teams actually operate - their capabilities, constraints and culture. AI handles research, analysis, drafting and checking, while people retain judgment, accountability and control. The opportunity We are looking for a hands-on Solutions Architect to lead that implementation alongside the founders and engineering team. You will sit between the customer's platform, security and business teams and Dostack's product and engineering team. You will take the implementation from technical discovery through deployment, integration, workflow validation and operational handover. THIS IS A HANDS-ON IMPLEMENTATION ROLE ; You should be comfortable running a customer workshop in the morning, configuring Kubernetes in the afternoon and debugging an identity or API integration issue the next day. You will also help turn what we learn from this first deployment into a repeatable implementation model for future enterprise customers. What you will do : Earn customer trust, make the implementation work and build a deployment model that can be operated and repeated

• Lead technical discovery with customer platform, security, identity, networking and application teams.
• Convert customer requirements and constraints into an implementation architecture, dependency plan and acceptance criteria.
• Deploy and validate the Dostack runtime in a customer-managed Kubernetes environment.
• Integrate customer-provided PostgreSQL, object storage, OIDC, secret management, ingress, DNS, certificates and observability services.
• Connect Dostack to approved enterprise systems such as Salesforce and internal APIs through governed connectors.
• Configure and troubleshoot API keys, OAuth 2.0 flows, network routes, TLS and organisation-scoped credentials.
• Connect and validate the customer's enterprise LLM endpoint, including structured outputs, tool use and application-level quality checks.
• Work with customer domain experts to translate real business processes into AI-enabled workflows.
• Test workflows end to end using approved data and produce clear technical acceptance evidence.
• Diagnose issues across Kubernetes, application services, identity, APIs, model endpoints and workflow execution.
• Create installation, upgrade, rollback, troubleshooting and operational-handover documentation.
• Train customer administrators and technical champions, and bring implementation feedback into the Dostack roadmap. What we are looking for
• Approximately 6+ years in solutions architecture, implementation engineering, platform engineering or a comparable customer-facing technical role.
• Experience owning at least one substantial enterprise software deployment from discovery through production or pilot acceptance.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker and Helm.
• Ability to troubleshoot Linux, containers, networking, ingress, DNS, TLS, storage and workload configuration.
• Experience integrating enterprise applications through REST APIs and OpenAPI specifications.
• Working knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, API-key authentication, secrets management and enterprise identity.
• Practical coding or scripting ability, preferably in Python, plus familiarity with PostgreSQL and object storage.
• Experience with at least one major cloud platform, while understanding that customer environments may be private, hybrid or restricted.
• Applied generative-AI experience with model APIs, prompts, structured outputs, evaluations or tool-calling patterns.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with the judgment to be transparent about risks and unknowns in front of a customer. You will thrive here if you
