Padi Technology is looking for a Solution Sales Specialist who is diligent, persistent, and strategic (smart) to accelerate our business growth.
Location: Surabaya
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new B2B opportunities through networking, on-field visits, partnerships, and other strategic prospecting activities
- Identify client business needs, pain points, and growth opportunities, then collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to design suitable technical and commercial solutions
- Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead qualification, proposal preparation, negotiation, until deal closure
- Develop and expand business by building long-term relationships, exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and opening new market segments
- Maintain an accurate and well-organized sales pipeline, including forecasting and reporting
- Act as the main point of contact during the sales cycle, ensuring smooth coordination between clients and internal technical teams
Qualifications
- Minimum S1 Degree, preferably in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3-4 years of experience in B2B Sales or Business Development with proven target achievement
- Experience in Selling IT Solution is Required
- Good knowledge of networking & IOT concepts, ISP service delivery, and basic IT infrastructure
- Must be able to understand complex solutions and explain the business benefits clearly to non-technical clients
- Good command of English (written and verbal)
