Responsibilites
- Translate client and business needs into wireframes/mockups (Figma or similar) and detailed PRDs for engineering
- Lead the PoC and pilot process end-to-end, scope success criteria with clients, coordinate the required data/environment setup, run the PoC or pilot, and present results to stakeholders
- Track delivery milestones, flag risks early, and proactively resolve blockers across teams
- Continuously gather and synthesize feedback post-launch to drive product iteration
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university, preferably Information System or Engineering graduate but all major are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in project management or PMO role.
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, gather requirements, prioritization, risk management, and delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder implementations.
- Strong grasp of the end-to-end product development lifecycle (discovery → solutioning → delivery → iteration)
- Skilled at translating business and client requirements into clear PRDs and technical specs for engineering
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both business and technical audience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site with clients, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong Advantage
- Experience in insurance, health tech, fintech, or enterprise SaaS implementation is highly desirable.
- Experience managing client-facing PoCs or pilots
- Fluent in professional English both spoken and written
- Experience or flexibility working in lean teams where ownership is high and role boundaries are not rigid
Working Arrangement
- Jakarta-based or near Jakarta area, Onsite and willing to commute
- This role is expected to operate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, so strong in-person collaboration is important
