Solution Manager

职位定位:负责印尼数据中心(IDC)业务的技术方案策划、客户需求对接及光伏绿色能源集成方案的落地支撑。

核心职责

1. 方案编制:负责 IDC 基础设施(配电、机柜、制冷等)的售前技术方案设计、标书编写及 BOQ(工程量清单)制作。
2. 绿能集成:重点负责将光伏发电(PV)、储能系统(BESS)与数据中心供电方案进行整合,为客户提供低碳/零碳 IDC 解决方案。
3. 技术交流:与印尼当地大客户(运营商、中资企业、互联网巨头)进行技术沟通,准确引导客户需求并解决技术质疑。
4. 成本规控:协同供应链和工程团队,针对印尼本地市场环境进行方案成本优化,提升报价竞争力。
5. 交付衔接:支持项目从售前到建设阶段的技术平滑过渡,确保现场施工符合设计方案要求。

1. 专业设计经验:熟练使用 AutoCAD、Revit 或专业电力/光伏仿真软件(如 PVSyst),有 IDC 设计院或专业咨询公司背景者优先。
2. 光伏/新能源经验:必须具备光伏项目(分布式或地面电站)的参与经验,熟悉光伏组件、逆变器及并网流程。
3. 认证资质:持有 CDCP/CDCS 认证、Uptime 相关资质或高级电气工程师职称。
4. 本地资源:在印尼当地有成熟的光伏分包商或 IDC 设备供应商人脉资源。

Job Role: Responsible for technical solution planning, customer requirement coordination, and implementation support for photovoltaic green energy integration solutions for data center (IDC) projects in Indonesia.

Core Responsibilities

1. Solution Development: Responsible for pre-sales technical solution design, tender document preparation, and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) production for IDC infrastructure (power distribution, cabinets, cooling, etc.).
2. Green Energy Integration: Primarily responsible for integrating photovoltaic (PV) power generation, energy storage systems (BESS), and data center power supply solutions to provide customers with low-carbon/zero-carbon IDC solutions.
3. Technical Communication: Conduct technical communication with major local customers in Indonesia (operators, Chinese-funded enterprises, internet giants), accurately guide customer needs, and resolve technical questions.
4. Cost Control: Collaborate with the supply chain and engineering teams to optimize solution costs for the Indonesian market environment, enhancing pricing competitiveness.
5. Delivery Transition: Support a smooth technical transition from the pre-sales to the construction phase, ensuring on-site construction meets design requirements.

1. Professional Design Experience: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or professional power/PV simulation software (such as PVSyst). Preference will be given to candidates with backgrounds in IDC design institutes or professional consulting firms.
2. PV/New Energy Experience: Must have experience participating in PV projects (distributed or ground-mounted power plants) and be familiar with PV modules, inverters, and grid connection processes.
3. Certifications: Holding CDCP/CDCS certification, Uptime-related qualifications, or a senior electrical engineer title. 4. Local Resources: We have established connections with photovoltaic subcontractors or IDC equipment suppliers in Indonesia
