We are looking for a Solution Engineer who is capable of understanding client requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, and ensuring successful solution delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and analyze client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement solutions based on client needs and business requirements.
- Perform system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and technical validation.
- Prepare and conduct technical demonstrations and Proof of Concept (POC) for clients.
- Work closely with clients, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the solution implementation process.
- Identify technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Ensure the implemented solution meets technical requirements and client expectations.
- Take ownership of solution delivery from requirement gathering through implementation and resolution of technical issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) or equivalent from any major.
- 3–5 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Solution Implementation, Presales Engineering, System Engineering, Technical Consulting, or related roles.
- Experience in designing and implementing technical solutions based on client or business requirements.
- Strong understanding of application systems, APIs, databases, and system integration.
- Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and analyzing technical issues.
- Experience in solution implementation, technical demonstrations, and/or Proof of Concept (POC).
- Able to translate business requirements into practical and effective technical solutions.
- Good communication skills and comfortable working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Fast learner and able to adapt to new technologies and project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for solution delivery.
