soliution englineer/ techinical support/ sales Intern

Duration: 6/12 months.

Requirements:

1.Final year students currently pursuing of Bachelor's degree in engineering, Cyber Security, Computer science, information system or related field.

2.Positive and professional working attitude, ability to work under minimum supervision. Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3.Communication skills in Bahasa and knowledge of English

4.Willingness to work from office based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

Sales Intern:

1. Responsible for identifying, recruiting, and working with distributors and key value added reseller to drive new business and retain existing customers.

2. Motivate and energize the channel partners to work with Sangfor, develop sales and marketing initiatives with key partners to increase monthly sales revenue.

3. Identify and create new sales opportunity to maintain and develop good relationship with customers.

Field Application Engineer Intern:

1. Onsite and remote technical support for customers to resolve issue in POC or after sales inquiries.

2. Track, mantain and resolve incident as well as provide the report to the customer

3. Perform device installation and integration into customer environment

4. Provide technical training for Partners and/or customers

5. Escalation to RND to resolve product issue

6. Create technical documentation for project and/or internal knowledge base

Presales Engineer Intern:

1.Identifiy requirement and business opportunity from Customer/ Partner meeting, develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; and planning full project life cycle.

2. Prepare and deliver the business value solutions for customers, including proposal writing, presentation, and conduct proof-of-concept to showcase its technical feasibility when necessary.
