Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Install and assemble solar panels, inverters, and related equipment
  • Conduct site assessments and prepare tools/materials for installation
  • Perform testing to ensure systems meet design and safety standards
  • Carry out routine inspections, cleaning, and preventive maintenance
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and performance issues
  • Replace or fix faulty components (panels, wiring, inverters, batteries)

Requirements

  • SMK, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field (preferred)
  • Proven 1 year experience in solar PV installation, electrical maintenance or MEP.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, schematics, and solar system components.
  • Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Certification in electrical/solar installation (PLN, ESDM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
