We are looking for a Solar Panel Sales For Our Company.

Previous experience as solar technician and solar installer is important.

Minimum 2 years of experience in solar installation.

Proper English communication skills needed.

Minimum bachelor's degree in Engineering (Bachelor of Electrical Engineering will be a plus).

Experience in supervising commercial and industrial solar installation will be a plus.

Ability to supervise off-grid systems will be a plus.

Good project and time management skills.

Team player who can work under minimum supervision.

Have a strong desire to learn and seek continual personal and professional development.

Willing to work in the field.

Ability to use Microsoft Office.

Ability to use Sketchup will be a plus.

Ability to use Autocad and PvSyst will be a plus.

Have a driving license for motorcycle is mandatory.

Conduct product presentations and educate on the benefits of solar energy.

Analyze customer electricity needs and offer appropriate solar power plant solutions.

Prepare technical proposals and price quotes.

Negotiate until a sales agreement is reached.

Coordinate with the technical, engineering, and installation teams.

Manage and follow up on customer databases.

Achieve established sales targets.

Monitor customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.

Keep abreast of developments in solar energy technology and regulations.

General Qualifications

Minimum high school/D3/S1 education (preferably engineering, marketing, or energy).

Experience in sales, particularly in renewable energy, is a plus.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work with targets.

Understanding the basics of solar power systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid).

Willing to work in the field
