Software Quality Assurance Tester (QA Automation)

Job & Responsibility

1. Create automation test scripts (Web, Mobile, or API) based on test design.
2. Create performance test scripts based on test design.
3. Run regression and performance tests.
4. Run functional and end-to-end test flows (both API dan UI)
5. Stay up to date with new testing tools.
6. Coordinate with the Dev, QA, and Product teams.
7. Manage and mentor team members.

Skill Required

1. Experience with Katalon, Selenium WebDriver, KaneAI, or other open-source automation tools.
2. Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, OctoPerf, or others).
3. Familiarity with API Test Tools (Postman / APIdog / etc), Git, Jenkins, CI/CD, and test management tools.
4. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
5. Solid knowledge of SQL.
6. Familiarity with e-commerce and POS flows.
7. Hands-on experience with black box and grey box testing.
8. Strong communication and cross-team coordination skills.
9. Analytical, detail-oriented, and a strong problem solver.
10. Proactive in learning and adopting new technologies.
