Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance and Operation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and operational efficiency of our products and services. You will collaborate closely with development teams, product managers, and operational teams to ensure seamless performance and exceptional user experiences.

Responsibilities :

- Testing each function developed by the developers.

- Creating automation testing tools.

- Assisting in debugging within the PROD environment.

- Resolving issues present in the production server.

- Profound understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies and software testing practices.

- Familiarity with software testing tools and bug management systems.

Requirements :

- Fresh graduate in the field of Informatics / Computer Science.

- Critical thinking skills capable of problem-solving.

- Open-minded and willing to be nurtured and taught.

- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic web design principles is a plus.
