Software Quality Assurance Specialist

Main Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and execute comprehensive manual test scenarios based on requirements and user flows.
• Perform risk-based testing to optimize coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure requirement clarity and testability.
• Conduct end-to-end, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
• Identify edge cases, evaluate impact, and provide clear defect reports with business context.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and QA standards.

Requirements

• 35+ years of experience in manual QA or software testing.
• Strong ability to design effective test cases and scenarios.
• Experience with end-to-end, integration, and regression testing.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, QA methodologies, and requirement analysis.
• Ability to identify edge cases and evaluate risk/impact of defects.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams.
