Software Quality Assurance Lead

1. An essential set of skills in an Agile team comprises of multidisciplinary background (BA, QA)

2. Has concern on proper quality deliveries, quality assurance, ensure effective and efficient application of test processes and tools

3. Motivates for self-organized, self-sustainable QA team with learning culture, and at the same time encourage the QA team to take ownership especially within testing cycle

4. Responsible for management and coordination of all testing activities like definition of testing approach, test effort estimation, progress and status reporting

5. Keeps pace with relevant agile / lean tools and techniques, continuous review and recommendations for improvement of testing processes

6. Serves as leader, advisor, liaison, consultation point for aspiring QA team

7. Has ability to problem solving and analytical thinking

8. Having experience in Manual and Automated Testing

9. Having knowledge of technical related Automated Testing Tools

10. Ability to design and implement test automation strategic, architectures and best practices

11. Experience with Performance Test and Usability Test

POINT PLUS:

- Having experience test script creation using Katalon Studio

- Having knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket/Git, Jenkins, etc

- Familiar with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Apium, Robot Framework, Cypress, JMeter, JUnit, etc

- Ability to design and implement test automation strategic, architectures and best practices
