Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 2 3 years of QA experience in both manual and automated testing.
- Willing to handle manual testing and is able to work after work hours at least 1 day per week
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) and testing frameworks.
- Knowledge of retail POS systems testing is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and basic scripting/programming.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Role:
- Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for our POS systems, mobile apps, and backend services.
- Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure software meets business and user expectations.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and defects using QA tools.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and operations teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Participate in requirement reviews to define test coverage and improve QA processes.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and troubleshoot production issues.
- Continuously improve automation frameworks and QA methodologies.
