Overall Responsibilities:
- Responsible for successfully leading the implementation team in carrying out the software implementation process based on customer needs
- Ensure projects are completed with high customer satisfaction, achievement of predefined goals, and within approved timelines and budget
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide constructive suggestions for change
- Anticipate potential issues that may impact the project and proactively prepare solutions in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand requirements and evaluate alternative business solutions
- Manage and control project costs and budget
- Identify required resources and assign responsibilities accordingly
- Possess a general understanding of application programming, database management, and system design
- Have a solid understanding of billing systems within the telecommunications (telco) operator business, including billing processes, charging mechanisms, and integration with telecom platforms
Job Requirement;
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software implementation (preferably in telecommunications or related industries)
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile/Waterfall)
- Solid knowledge of application development, database concepts, and system design
- Good understanding of billing systems in telco operator business, including billing lifecycle, charging (prepaid/postpaid), and system integration
- Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and provide solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under pressure
- Leadership skills with experience in managing cross-functional teams
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are an advantage
