Job Description

Responsibilities

Actively monitor and manage code repository, code reviews, and managing software rollout.
Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
Monitor and ensure the performance and availability of the software currently in production.
Monitor and setup development & production environments with Software Engineer managers.
Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
Updating work schedules and performing identify risks as required.
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Supervisor or related field.
Experience with multiple programming languages and libraries (e.g. PHP, Typescript, Go).
Good knowledge of Windows/Linux Server and Database.
Experience with Agile & Scrum development methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Bonus Points If You Have The Following Skills

Experience managing cloud services ex. Alibaba Cloud, AWS, GCP, etc.
Experience handling projects with substantial levels of traffic or user engagement.
