We're looking for a passionate Software Engineer to build, enhance, and maintain our internal systems. You'll work end-to-endfrom requirement gathering and system design to coding, testing, and deployment. Expect hands-on experience with modern frameworks, exciting problem-solving, and real impact on system performance.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain internal information management systems
- Work on full-stack development (Laravel, Vue, MySQL, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise system performance
- Support server setup, deployment, and basic maintenance
- Drive new tools, tech, and automation initiatives
- Work independently, think ahead, and solve problems proactively
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer
- Solid skills in Laravel (PHP), Vue 2/3, MySQL, and Git
- Experience with RESTful APIs & debugging environment issues
- Plus points: Python, AI/ML, Docker, Flutter, Linux server mgmt
- Strong in system & architecture design
- Detail-oriented, independent & proactive mindset
