Contract Based (6 months)
Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright with TypeScript.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure product quality.
- Conduct web and mobile application testing, using Selenium or Appium where applicable.
- Develop and execute performance tests using JMeter.
- Identify, investigate, and report software defects, working closely with developers and product teams to resolve issues.
- Participate in test planning, test case design, execution, and documentation.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and continuously improve test coverage and reliability.
- Analyze test results and troubleshoot automation failures.
- Work as an Individual Contributor (IC), taking ownership of testing activities without people-management responsibilities.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in QA/SDET, with strong hands-on experience in test automation.
- Strong experience with Playwright and TypeScript.
- Experience with Selenium for web automation and/or Appium for mobile application testing.
- Solid experience testing both web and mobile applications.
- Hands-on experience with JMeter for performance testing.
- Good understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Experience working with API testing, Git, and CI/CD tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
- Experience in e-commerce, fintech, technology companies, or other high-scale environments is highly preferred.
- Candidates from established technology companies such as Blibli, GoTo, Accenture, or similar organizations are preferred.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working as an Individual Contributor without prior leadership or people-management experience.
