SkyCrunch is a sister company of FORMULATRIX - providing trip planning solutions and instant cost intelligence for the aviation industry worldwide. Our intuitive map-based interface enables pilots, operators, and aviation professionals to review fuel and Fixed Base Operator (FBO) costs at potential stops in real time. By partnering with FBOs and fuel providers, we aggregate pricing and service availability data to deliver accurate, actionable cost estimates.

We're a fast-growing startup with a small, high-ownership team. You'll work directly with leadership, move fast, and have real influence on the product.

We're currently hiring for two roles:

>> Software Engineer - Full-Stack Web

You'll develop end-to-end features for an interactive web application, learn the flight business domain, and help maintain our database and infrastructure.

You're a fit if you:

• Have a degree in CS, IT, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Are experienced with C# / Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, and SQL
• Understand basic UI design principles and can prototype an MVP
• Have a solid grasp of software architecture and OOP
• Communicate well in English, written and verbal
• Are willing to work on-site in Bandung, West Java

Nive to Have: Experience with GIS/spatial data, data visualization (D3.js, Three.js), cloud/CI-CD, discrete optimization, or prior work in aviation.

>> Technical Lead

You'll architect and own the development of the platform end-to-end, from system design to team building. This is a foundational role: you'll shape the engineering culture as we scale.

You're a fit if you:

• Have 3+ years of professional experience in C# / Java, JavaScript / TypeScript, and SQL
• Have strong mastery of software architecture, OOP, and system design
• Can write clear specs and development plans aligned to business needs
• Have the ability to prototype, iterate fast, and help grow a small team
• Communicate excellently in English, written and verbal
• Are willing to work on-site in Bandung, West Java

Nive to Have: Prior team/project lead experience, GIS/spatial data, data visualization, cloud/DevOps, discrete optimization, or aviation industry background.
